Our work with you centers on a series of stimulating "questing" sessions. A quest is an adventurous journey. In mythology, the "hero's quest" was a matter of discovering one's true path and destiny while undergoing many trials. Each successfully navigated trial increased the courage, strength and wisdom of the hero. The trials led the hero to deeper self-understanding and to a more authentic life of integrity and fulfillment. Self-understanding is at the core of outstanding leadership.
