Martha Iris Eskew
Martha Eskew has over twenty-four years of leadership
development experience working with high level executives and key contributors
to enhance leadership skills and to create human resource solutions that move
the needle ahead for an organization. She works in leadership training, as an
executive search consultant and as an
executive coach.
Martha founded Recruiting Options in 1984 to work with a
national base of clients on executive level searches in a broad range of
industries with a focus on marketing and marketing communications. In that
role, Martha has assisted clients in assessment and planning on staffing,
succession and executive development. Among others, her clients have included
The Centers for Disease Control, AFLAC, The Weather Channel, BBDO, Ciba-Geigy,
J. Walter Thompson and The University of Southern Mississippi. Recent executive
coaching and facilitating assignments have included leadership and management
training for Brose AG of Coburg, Germany with both the European and
America-based leaders. Projects have included culture assessments related to
prospective acquisitions; organizational development for new companies and
offices; board retreat facilitation; teaching servant leadership and team
building. She has also worked with clients to analyze staff development and to
ease transitions and promote acceptance of change.
Martha received her BA in Philosophy and Religions from
Eckerd College. She holds certificates in Ontological Coaching and
Organizational Learning from Newfield Network and in Co-Active Coaching from
Coach Training Institute.
Martha is the proud parent of Amanda Dean, attending Salem
College on the Gramley Scholarship for Leadership and Service and DeSha Dean, a
Certified Master Mechanic specializing in Volvo Repair. In her leisure time,
Martha lends her talent to professional associations and arts related projects
and events in the Atlanta, GA area.
