Before founding Resolutions in 1998, she spent fifteen years in marketing and business development for Dow Jones, McGraw-Hill and the Associated Press and four years as director of the Alliance for Mediation & Conflict Resolution.

Her work has taken the form of executive search consultant and executive coach.

Elizabeth N. Treher, Ph.D
Liz’s primary focus is in consulting and coaching to facilitate enhanced individual and organizational performance and development. She has extensive experience designing and delivering training for both technical and corporate departments. She has more than 60 publications and patents and is a co-founder of The Learning Key.
